We are a commercial brokerage firm that specializes in Tenant Representation in the following sectors, retail, restaurant and hospitality, industrial, and medical office negotiation. We also specialize in investment sales and buyers representation with the ability to under write and analyze assets based on their current rent roll and expenses for future cash flow, cap rate, and IRR analysis. We can analyze properties in the following sectors, strip, community, and neighborhood retail centers, industrial and flex warehouses, and multi-family.

We started with the inception that the appreciation for smaller businesses and investor appetites in “B and C Real Estate,” demanded an old school approach to tenant representation, as well as investing, and under writing analysis. Also, there is an under representation of smaller tenant/client services for local and regional businesses looking to grow their brand, as well as buyer agency/representation toward competing with corporate entities and more sophisticated real estate corporations. Retro Commercial strives to create an equal playing field for their clients.
