Property Management & Maintenance

At Retro Property Maintenance, we understand the importance of excellent customer service and proactive management and with our commitment and knowledge, you can be assured that your property/asset will get the attention and time it deserves.

What can Retro Property Maintenance Do For You?



Provide base services for each location two to three nights per week to include the following services:


  • Trash receptacle Empty/Rebag
  • Trash Pickup around lot
  • Power blow sidewalks
  • Light housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Power wash sidewalks and buildings when requested.
  • Change out lights within reach
  • Minor pruning of trees and bushes.
  • Add mulch, flowers, or other minor landscape materials to property.
  • Weed control and pesticides.
  • Remove graffiti.
  • Repair and replacement of gutters, spouts, and drainage concerns. White box retail spaces, demolition, remove debris, painting, flooring tear out and replacement, base boards.
  • Add services invoiced as completed upon request.

Typical service on Friday Nights and Monday Nights…Invoiced every 2 weeks net 15.

RPM additional services:


Level 1 – TBD/labor hour – Basic commercial janitorial & Maintenance.

Level 1 – Non snowplow snow services this season (shovel, Ice Melt).

Level 2 – $TBD/labor hour – Specialized equipment use: Power washing, minor plumbing, and sewage repair (not eliciting a plumber), window cleaning within reason and reach, sprinkler repair and replacement, minor painting, clean out vacant units, remove debris and send to dump (not including the dump/recycling fee).
